Fabulous, we all had a lovely time in a very nice, friendly hotel which was convenient for public tr

Breakfast superb, so much choice. Location perfect for our requirements. Room spacious and clean, beds very comfortable. We had 6 yr old twins with us and they loved it, outdoor dining area overlooking the water was a bonus. Staff very friendly and made us all feel at home. We would like to return one day soon.

Usually non drinkers my daughter ordered a Pina Colada and we thought it was a bit pricey.

Nice hotel

Close to the city centre. Very clean and staff were very friendly.

No onsite parking. Parking is in a complex across the road which you have to pay for. Luckily we stayed at the weekend and could avail of the weekend rate.

Location was great. We booked this hotel as it was close to the SSE Arena. Staff were friendly and Susan who greeted us for breakfast was very welcoming

I would stay here again with a room with a better view

We booked this hotel because it was close to the SSE arena we just had to walk across the bridge. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was fantastic probably the best breakfast I have had in Belfast.

The view from the room, we were looking into work apartments not much to see.

Modern and great location!

I loved how modern it was! The staff at reception were so lovely, couldn’t fault them at all! The room was clean and spacious and the view we had of the Lagan was lovely. The location was brilliant as well. The food in the novellis restaurant was really nice as well.

There isn’t too much to say that I didn’t like. The only disappointing thing is we had booked dinner for that evening and what I assume was the manager/supervisor of the restaurant was quite rude to us.. our reservation was for 9pm and we arrived at 9.04pm. He greeted us with a bit of hostility saying he “didn’t think we were coming” and “would have to check to see if the kitchen was still serving food” and see if we could “still be seated” … I didn’t really understand this as our reservation was at 9.. so how can the kitchen be closed? To be fair he did apologise at the end of our meal but it created an awkward atmosphere which we couldn’t decide weather to leave or stay. It really out a damper on the evening. Apart from this small issue the rest of the stay was lovely :)

First stay with the Hotel and as regular Belfast visitors we loved it!!... great location for our visit (belfast giants game) and not too far from all our favourite bars. The cocktails were fantastic too!

No onside parking but the parking facilities close to the hotel was good although a little expensive.

Not at all as good as it used to be: when it first opened.

Loved the view and how accommodating the team were. They had given us an eighth floor room and provided some sweet treats. We previously had stayed when the hotel first opened.

It was disappointing compared to our previous experience: we didn’t sleep well and the breakfast was poor. The bed was very squeaky, with awkward pillows and a lumpy mattress. Neither of us had a restful night. Any movement got a squeak. Avoid room 811. I had paid extra to get breakfast, and I wish I hadn’t. We were offered coffee or tea, and unfortunately the coffee was awful, worse than instant. We were annoyed when we overhead another guest being offered a free espresso-based coffee: Americano, Cappuccino etc. And the cooked breakfast was bad, the soda/potato bread was rock hard and inedible. And the rest of the items were cold (at 9am). The orange juice wasn’t fresh either, just a 55p cheap carton probably. I had higher expectations for this and we both left saying “Well, let’s not stay there again.”

Great location. Very comfortable beds. Very safe and clean.

I would have loved an earlier check in....I got into the room at 3pm....ideally unwound have been in 1pm. Also there was only 2 cartons on uht milk in a double queen room. Most people take 3 per coffee.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice.

Some of the staff could of been a bit more friendly although on the whole they where helpful enough.

We had a lovely stay here and would stay again.

The Hotel is in a great location, Cathedral Quarter and Belfast City Centre are a short walk away. It's also very accessible to buses and trains. It's modern and bright, the rooms are a great size and we had a lovely view over the river. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I was a little surprised with regards to cleanliness, the rooms were clean but a bit dusty and the window had a lot of finger prints. The bar area was also pretty dusty, even around the till which surprised me. I felt breakfast was expensive at £17.99 per person therefore we went out to a local cafe and had a lovely breakfast for less than that for two people.

Tv and bedside lamp didn't work on arrival. Very poor tea and coffee facilities in the room and not even a biscuit.

A hotel stay that felt like a great treat. Great mix of relaxing and socialising in belfast.

Beds very comfortable, hotel very clean, staff welcoming and helpful, close to belfast centre, lovely views, modern and timeless.

The only thing we were unsure of is walking back to the hotel late at night as it's a bit more isolated from the usual belfast people flow. We walked twice during the day but at night we opted for a short taxi ride back.

The location was great, just on the edge of the city centre. The staff were great and also very helpful. The food in the hotel was also good and as was the selection

What is it?

It’s got a 4* rating but lacks most of the basics that are in the supposedly cheaper chain hotels. Not sure what it’s trying to be! Bed was comfortable. Staff were superb, very friendly and efficient.

Lack of basics - only two tiny single milk shots for tea/coffee. No biscuits. Very basic toiletries. The ‘cheap’ hotel chains provide better basics. Food and drink are over priced for what they are. Breakfast below par for the price. They are trying to be 4* but have missed the basics!
